Pricing

What OptiMax costs, and what it does not cover.

Software like this is never bought off a page. You have systems we have not seen and data we have not looked at. So here is exactly what each tier includes, a straight account of what gets quoted on top, and the fastest way to get a real number for your build.

Connect

One team, one problem. A single sync pair or a single embedded app.

Talk to us

Priced on the systems you connect and the modules you run. We will give you a number on the call.

  • One sync pair, or one embedded app
  • Field-level mapping and duplicate detection
  • Full run history and failure alerts
  • Hourly sync schedule
  • Email support, next business day

Platform

Most organisations

The whole stack. All four modules, multiple systems, more than one team.

Talk to us

Priced on the systems you connect and the modules you run. We will give you a number on the call.

  • All four modules — OptiApps, OptiSync, AI Agents, OptiMCP
  • Up to 6 systems connected
  • Unlimited embedded apps across every team
  • 5,000 agent runs a month included
  • Staging environment alongside production
  • Email and phone, next business day

Enterprise

You are putting your own brand on it, or your risk team has a list of questions.

Talk to us

Scoped on your systems, your volumes and your obligations.

  • White-label OptiMCP under your brand and domain
  • Dedicated environment
  • Custom commercial terms and agreed response targets
  • Per-user authentication and full tool-call audit trail
  • Security review and architecture sessions with our engineers
  • Named contact who knows your build

We have not published a rate card yet, and we are not going to put a number on a page before we know what you are connecting. Tell us your systems and you will get a real figure, not a range.

Side by side

What is actually included

The three tiers differ in two ways: which of the four modules you get, and the operational limits on each. The table below lists the modules first, then the limits that decide which tier you are really on.

Be clear about this

Implementation is separate, and we will say so up front.

The numbers above are a platform fee. They cover the software, the environments and the support that comes with your tier. They do not cover the work of getting your organisation onto it.

Scoping, data cleanup, custom app builds, agent design, migration and change management are consulting work. They are quoted separately by optimate.me, against a written scope, after we have looked at your systems. We will not guess at that number on a web page, because every guess we have seen on a web page has been wrong.

How it usually goes

  • A 30-minute call on your actual systems, no charge
  • A short discovery if the build is not obvious
  • A written scope with a fixed price for the implementation
  • The platform fee starts when the first workflow goes live
  • If the honest answer is that you do not need us, we say that

We do not publish day rates here because the rate is not the useful number. The scope is.

Pricing FAQ

The questions everyone asks

Answered the way we would answer them on a call.

What counts as a connected system?

One system is one place your data lives that we read from or write to — your CRM, your ERP, your helpdesk, your accounting package. A sync between SugarCRM and MYOB EXO is two systems, not one. Two SugarCRM instances are two systems. Connecting a second module to a system you already pay for does not count again.

What happens if we go over a limit?

Nothing breaks and nothing gets switched off without warning. We see it, we tell you, and we talk about whether you have outgrown the tier or whether it was a one-off month. If it is a pattern, we move you up. We do not bill surprise overages.

Can we start with one module and add the rest later?

Yes — you can start with one module and add the others later, and most organisations do. Connect exists for exactly that: pick the one workflow that hurts most, prove it, then widen. Moving up to Platform later is a pricing change, not a rebuild.

Is there a contract term?

Terms are agreed as part of the quote, so we are not going to state one here and then vary it in your contract. What we will commit to now: we would rather you stayed because it works than because a contract says you have to.

What does onboarding actually involve?

Onboarding is a working session on your real systems — credentials and field mappings — followed by a first workflow running end to end before we hand over. You will need someone from your side who knows the data. Onboarding effort beyond what your tier covers is quoted as implementation work.

Can we self-host, and where does our data live?

Hosting region and self-hosted or dedicated deployment are both options we will confirm on the call, because the honest answer depends on the modules you run and where your systems already sit. We are not going to publish a data-residency guarantee on a pricing page and then discover an exception in your build.

Get a number that applies to you.

Bring your systems and one workflow that is costing you time. We will tell you which tier fits, what the implementation looks like, and whether it is worth doing at all.

No obligation. No procurement process to start a conversation.
